General
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your purchase and use of the SmartSave coupons offered by Laylong69. By purchasing and using a SmartSave coupon, you agree to abide by these terms.
SmartSave coupons are prepaid discount coupons that allow customers to purchase an item or service at a discounted price. The coupon can be used to redeem a portion of the value over multiple transactions until the balance is fully used.
SmartSave Product Options
The SmartSave coupons come in the following value tiers, with each tier offering a specific discount:
Starter SmartSave:
- Value: $10 to $90
- Discount: 1%-9% off the face value
- Example: Purchase a $10 Starter SmartSave for $9.9
Elite SmartSave:
- Value: $100 to $900
- Discount: 10%-19% off the face value
- Example: Purchase a $100 Elite SmartSave for $90.
VIP SmartSave:
- Value: $1,000 to $10,000
- Discount: 20%-30% off the face value
- Example: Purchase a $1,000 VIP SmartSave for $800.
Each SmartSave coupon is a one-time prepaid purchase that provides a discount off the total value. The customer can redeem the SmartSave coupon for full or partial purchase value on eligible products or services, with the balance remaining in the SmartSave Wallet for future use.
How SmartSave Works
Purchase:
To purchase a SmartSave coupon, simply select the desired value and discounted tier on the Laylong69 platform. Upon completing the purchase, the SmartSave coupon will be added to your SmartSave Wallet for use on eligible products and services.
Redemption:
When redeeming a SmartSave coupon, the customer will use the coupon to offset the purchase price of an eligible product or service from a participating partner. The remaining balance of the SmartSave coupon will be available in your SmartSave Wallet for future use.
If customer use the coupon to purchase an eligible product or service higher than coupon value, the coupon value will be subtracted from the total price, and the customer will pay the remaining balance. For example, if you have a Starter SmartSave coupon valued at $50 and you are purchasing an item for $75, you will only pay $25 at checkout.
Multiple Uses:
SmartSave coupons are not limited to one-time use. Customers can redeem a portion of the coupon’s value over multiple transactions. For example, if you have a SmartSave coupon worth $100 and use $40 in one transaction, the remaining $60 will stay in your wallet for future use.
No Expiry:
There is no expiration date for SmartSave coupons. Once purchased, the coupon is valid indefinitely, similar to cash, and can be redeemed at any time.
Limitations and Restrictions
SmartSave cannot be used to purchase other SmartSave coupon. Discounts, promotions, or loyalty points may not apply to the purchase of SmartSave unless explicitly stated.
Minimum Purchase:
Some partners may impose a minimum purchase amount required to use a SmartSave coupon. This will be clearly stated at the time of coupon redemption.
Eligible Products/Services:
SmartSave coupons are valid for specific products and services offered by participating partners. Laylong69 and its partners reserve the right to exclude certain items or services from SmartSave redemption.
Non-Transferable:
SmartSave coupons are non-transferable and are intended for use by the customer who purchased them. The coupons cannot be sold or traded.
No Refunds:
Once purchased, SmartSave coupons are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
Fraud Prevention
Laylong69 reserves the right to cancel any SmartSave suspected of unauthorized or fraudulent activity.
Modifications
Laylong69 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be updated on laylong69.com.
